Manage teamwork surveys with collaboration tools in Emlid Flow
Emlid has rolled out new collaboration tools in Emlid Flow and Emlid Flow 360 to bring your entire crew into one workspace and help your projects scale! The new teamwork capabilities are available in both the Free plan and the Survey plan, now called Pro.

Team management
Add all your team members and manage subscriptions from a single workspace.
Real-time team synchronization
See new data as soon as it’s collected and share updates with the team instantly.
Unified project management
Share default project settings, NTRIP profiles, code libraries, and localization settings across the team to speed up field setup and ensure data consistency. (The set of sharing options varies by plan.) Use Map View presets to define the default DTM, CAD, and WMS layers for the team.
Clear data authorship
Track who added or edited each object to maintain clear accountability.
These updates give you the flexibility to scale your workflow as your projects grow and stay in full control of how everything is organised.

Collaboration in the Pro (formerly Survey) plan
Our Survey plan is now called Pro, and it’s designed for scalable teams. You can add unlimited team members to your workspace and pay per member as your team grows. Manage everything in one workspace—add new people or remove them when they’re no longer on the crew, set up projects, track the progress, and handle billing.
Here’s how you can start adding team members with the Pro plan, depending on whether you’re new to it or already subscribed:
- If you’d like to upgrade to the paid plan for the first time, simply subscribe to the Pro plan in Emlid Flow 360 to get full access to all its features.
- Already subscribed to the Survey plan directly through Emlid Flow 360? You don’t need to do anything—your plan will automatically upgrade to Pro with team member support.
- In case you’ve subscribed to the Survey plan through the App Store, Google Play, or using a license code, you need to switch to the Pro plan in Emlid Flow 360 to unlock the new collaboration tools. Find step-by-step instructions in the Plan management guide.
Collaboration in the Free plan
With the Free plan, you can add up to 10 team members to your workspace and manage the team as needed—remove or add new seats in one place.
Feel free to start using collaboration right away—no changes or upgrades needed. Just go to the Team members in Emlid Flow 360 and invite your teammates by email address.
If you decide to move to the Pro plan, you can upgrade your subscription in Emlid Flow 360 and keep all your existing team members. Learn more in the Plan management guide.
How to start collaborating
To start working on shared projects with your team members, follow these steps:
- Make sure all your team members have an Emlid account and invite them to your workspace by entering their email addresses.
- Ask your team members to switch to your workspace in Emlid Flow or Emlid Flow 360. Once they do, they’ll see the projects, shared settings, and data available for your team.

If you add someone to your workspace, the system counts them as a member under your plan. In case you or your team members have multiple paid subscriptions, and you’d like to unify them under one subscription system, reach out to us at [email protected].
